Kristy Swanson, 39, and Lloyd Eisler, 45, took their wedding vows on February, 2009 in San Luis Obispo, after dating for three years approx, in front of hundred of their close family and friends, including their two years old son Magnus too. Their participation in the skating with the celebrities, took the plunge, for their wedding bells, which was confirmed by the elated couple exclusively to People.
Swanson reveals to the PEOPLE, her feelings about the wedding, describing it as, “It was awesome and I feel amazing,” Furthermore, she adds up, “The ceremony was perfect even though Lloyd’s cell phone went off at the end. He forgot to put it on vibrate!” “We wanted to celebrate Lloyd and I coming together as a family,” expresses Swanson, pointing towards to her own son and Eisler’s children from the past marriage, i.e. Ethan Harley, 4, and Seth Keenan, 3.
The bride was a knockout in a strapless ivory colored wedding gown, designed by Amy Michelson and shoes by Carmen Steffens, while the groom looked smart in tuxedo designed for the special occasion by Nicole Miller. The newly wed couple danced for the first time to Edwin McCain’s “I’ll Be,” a song to which they performed on their reality show early on.
“We’re excited about the future,” says euphoric Eisler, “Kristy is getting back into acting and I’m building my coaching career. Hopefully everything will work out.”
When Swanson was asked to comment on Eisler’s status, as husband, she confirms: “I like it,” Additionally she expresses that, “Sometimes I jokingly call him my wife because he’s such a Suzy Homemaker. He’s great at doing the laundry and he’s so good around the house. He’s a wonderful team player.”
